Today Governor Brown signed an agreement with the Oklahoma governor annexing Oklahoma into California. Effective today an 8.5 percent sales tax goes into effect and all assault rifles and magazines holding more than ten rounds will be outlawed. Owners are asked to turn them in at their local sheriffs office.
