A local man has been breaking into homes on Shelby Street in Sandusky Ohio. Local law enforcement are urging residence in this area to please keep their windows and doors locked. The man has been making entry through unlock Windows and open doors. Law enforcement is baffle and Confused buy these entries to the local residents homes. The man has some obvious issues with obsessive compulsive disorder. According to the residence of these homes this man has been coming in to their home while they sleep and cleaning dusting washing dishes and taking out their trash. One resident was quoted in saying they felt violated because the man throughout a broken lamp they pulled out of the trash themselves. The resident had planned on repairing the broken lamp someday and selling it on Facebook for 10 times the value of what a lamp of similar size would cost at purchase in a store. A local law enforcement is urging residents to please lock their windows and doors when they go to bed at night or away from their home. They are also asking residents to leave a garbage bag or bag of some sort out in their kitchen so to prevent this man from rummaging through your cabinets to find a trash bag. He is known to be armed with a feather duster and a can of dusting spray and or window cleaner.
