One couple from Wichita Falls, Texas is now celebrating after becoming multi-millionaires in the blink of an eye! Israel and Rachel Mendoza hit the Texas Lottery's Mega Millions jackpot for a whopping $232 Million dollars! Rachel told us that Israel would alway say "When I hit the lottery..." and she would always respond with "you don't even play the lottery!" He got the same response from her a few days ago an thought to himself, "I'll just go out and buy me a ticket then!" That he did! They said they don't plan to do anything too extravagant and Israel even plans to keep his job as a contractor.
