In a stunning turn on events, it has been announced that long time prisoner will be released from on prison and located to a small country home in Joshua, TX.
One of the most famous killers in the American prison system will be walking free. On Tuesday John Wayne Gacey, who is now dead, was granted parole by the Chicago Board of Parole and authorized by Chicago mayor Rahm Emmanuel.
According to Chicago Board of Parole Hearings Commissioner John Peck, prison overcrowding forced the prison board to re-evaluate prisoners that are elderly or those with serious illnesses. In February a panel of federal judges ordered California Gov. Jerry Brown (D) - fuck it, I can't be bothered to edit this anymore- two more years to reduce chronic prison overcrowding that has cost the state billions of dollars.
