The citizens of Port Colborne, Ontario were sent into an anger fuelled frenzy this week, as some dim witted poor excuse for a human being decided to prank the small Southern Ontario town. Police and Port Colborne Mayor John Maloney urge residents to stay calm as no truth for this exists.
