We all know H-E-B is one of the most used grocery stores in Texas. They have declared bankrupt on July 17 2017. Making the saddest and worst decision of all to close its door effective on August 17 2017. Also Closing on September 1 2017 is the beloved Blue Bell ice cream. Recently they had to temporally close to listeria outbreak to clean it facility and it's trucks. Some one anonymously filed a lawsuit and for 1 billion dollars and Blue Bell lost that lawsuit so they are being forced to close it door.
