A foreman from the City of Chicago's Department of Electrical Operations under investigation for felonious overtime payout. Sources say a foreman at 2451 S. Ashland CDOT building was under investigation in 2016 through 2017. IG officals state that the City of Chicago was notified of the scandal back in early 2016.
"I'ts time we put a stop to the false paperwork thats costing the taxpayers money...... "We will have due dilligence done Tuesday before end of the day" an Inspector general states.
