8 year old Landyn Linehan has broke the longest homerun world record for an 8 year old. He hit the ball 250 feet! As he was rounding the bases you could hear the opposing fans yelling "wow, he looks like a little Babe Ruth!" This is his second home run in the past year hitting his first one at 7 years old and clearing 200 feet! He won a home run derby at 7 years old going against 8-10 year olds. We look forward to see what the future holds for him.
