A Cleveland man is wanted in connection with a rash of bizarre behavior on Cleveland's west side. Residents in the Denison and Madison neighborhoods have reported the suspect comes into homes while they are fast asleep and tickles their feet with his infamous peacock feather. The suspect, believed to be known as B Brian Blair has been dubbed as the Ticklefoot Bandit. To mare a bizarre sequence of events even more bizarre, residents claim before tickling their feet, he raids the kitchen, eating any cookies donuts or pastries he can get his hands on. Investigators say they have no reason to believe he is a danger to the community. They just want answers as to this odd behavior. Any information should be forwarded to 1-800-ticklefoot.
