Steven Swearingen,21,of Masury Ohio,was arrested early Wensday on charges of Mopery and general melancholy.Brookfield police were quoted as saying"the guy is just kind of a general dick".He was arrested after a short foot chase while screang "FUCK DA POLICE!"
