Early Tuesday evening New Baltimore police were called after local boater spotted body parts floating in Schmidt Marina. John Mishelke spokesman for Macomb County Sheriff says it appears this was medical waste and was dumped during the late afternoon hours. Mishelke stated along with legs and arms there were syringes and wads of gauze floating just inside Schmidt Marina.
Macomb County Sheriff is asking for anyone to come forward that might have seen something suspicious on Tuesday 7.18.17.
