In an effort to supply much needed water to New York City the level of the Hinckley Reservoir will be raised approximately 40 feet. There will be a new dam built just outside Prospect NY which will result in the loss of the quaint little upstate hamlet. If you believe this, you probably believe Charles Manson is going to be paroled. ha ha ha
