Democratic governor Terry McAuliffe answering reporters today concerning the mounting problem of disposing of waste proposed dumping all garbage and toxic waste in WV. "As ugly as the state and its people are no one in WV would even notice". McAliffe received a standing ovation as he declared that. WV belongs to VA anyway. They became a state in an illegal move during the civil war. WV deserves our trash, because they are nothing but trash.
