Not to be out done by Texas, with it's newly passed bill that allows legal open carry of all blades, Oklahoma has decided to one-up the lone star state by fully allowing it's citizens to openly transport siege weaponry.

Weapons on the list include:
Ballistas
Catapults
Trebuchets
Cannons
Siege ladders
Siege towers
Battering rams
Etc...

"We've needed to do this for a long time." Former Oklahoma governor Gorge Nigh stated in an interview with one of our reporters "We have felt that Texas would have done this eventually and we needed to be ready to defend ourselves from them invading."

Some are worried of the implications of a full scaled assault between the two neighboring states.

"I'm afraid of all this..." One Oklahoma local reportedly said "I'm afraid that we would end up like that Game of Thrones show. I don't want to see naked people, weiners hanging out everywhere and then be sent to guard that wall with them white walkers coming an all."

Despite some public concern this bill has a lot of support and nothing seems to be stopping it.

The Texas state bill HB1935 to become active this coming September 1st.

The Oklahoma state bill HB8675309 to be voted on later in 2018.

In other news, Louisiana has plans to draft a bill allowing muskets and flintlock pistols. More details to come.
