The oak Street Streaker- it was Friday July 21 3:39am when Hillsdale city police was dispatched to oak and Vine for a report of a guy running naked down Vine Street screaming. call came in from a woman sitting outside smoking when she heard screaming then she saw a guy running naked down her side walk and called 911 an officer arrived on scene two minutes after she called 911 police could not find the guy but the woman reported the guy 5'6 had black hair wearing cowboy boots and a cowboy hat police are urging residents if you see this guy to call 911 or Hillsdale city police at 517-437-6481
