Earlier this year, there was some hubbub that Josh “Bones” Rogers could potentially run for President of the United States in the 2020 election; He even went on ABC 33/40 news and announced that Nick Mauldin would be his running mate. That was a joke, of course, but President Rogers may not be as farfetched as it seems. At the very least, he’s now technically qualified to make a run: As NME notes, a writer named Dave Turner filed the necessary paperwork with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
