Local resident and angler R.D. Foote owner of R.D. Trucking & Sharking Safaris has been quarantined after a freak incident during fishing trip. July 21st 2017 Mr. Foot went on a routine trip to St. Andrew State park where he frequently fishes. Foote claims he was simply "shark fishing" during the time of the incident when he caught crabs. He reportivly was unaware of the current crab infestation. Mr. Foote also had not taken precautionary measures obtained ointment from CVS. Mr. Foote currently residing in BCI (Bay County Isolation) ward until the CDC has cleared him of any possible crab contaimination.
