In a decision by city council all driver's pedestrian's will be banned from wearing any type of headphones or listening devices due to the high incidence of traffic fatalities in the streets of Toronto . Further the TTC has jumped on board and also has banned riders from using headphones to " stop the needless argument s of wheather Canadian music is better than any other music from around the world.In a surprise move Scarborough will not enforce the new law ,when asked the councilor s said ",we don't enforce anything ever in Scarborough.
