July 22, 2017 - AFP News - The years have not slowed this epic rock bands energy since their debut in the 80s. KISS has performed for decades from sold out venues like Madison Square Garden but apparently no location - or event is too small - for these guys. On Sunday July 23rd, 2017 they will appear to play a few songs for Carmine Verno a local who has lived in Watertown, CT all his life.
“I am shocked that they would play for me!” Mr. Verno said. It seems they immediately excepted a request by Mr. Verno’s wife to play at his birthday party. And what’s even more surprising, they would do it pro bono! That’s right, sources say they would not except payment for doing the gig and would if fact love to spend some time touring small venues in New England.
And in case your wondering - they will be performing in full makeup! So if you happen to be in Watertown, CT this Sunday, you might want to find where that birthday party is because it sounds like an historic event.
