Panama City FL Today John Smith had his 05 Nissian Titan Truck repaired by local mechanic Luke Nycum. Upon Completion and while leaving the lot the whole back end of the truck fell apart. Tires rolled onto 23rd Street cause minor damage t other vechicle. When confronated Nycum explained to the owner he still had all the nuts and bolts still in the bucket." Said he forgot to put them back on". Owner hit Mr Nycum with his own wrench and proceded to chase him down 23rd St. Mr Nycum received multiple kicks to the backside while being chased. offered half off his work to Mr. Smith. Mr. Nycum did offer half off on his next visit back.
