Officer Jacobs of the Town of Haymarket Police Department spotted a white Acura coupe, driven by a dark-haired young woman, going 28 in a 25 through downtown Haymarket.
When Officer Jacobs asked her why she was coming in hot, she asked him, "Like I've always said, I'm only 'coming in hot' if one likes brunettes."
She was cited for one count of excessive speed and one cunt of possession of sexual innuendo.
