During construction, all equipment will be housed in a vacant field taken through imminent domain in a historical area known as "thrill hill". According to Antonia Fritamunga the project manager, "We will be taking about six acres in a clearly abandoned field that currently has a dilapidated building on it." He further commented that only one residence would be affected and it was occupied by two ornery people who seemed "a little off even by Dalton standards."
Public outcry has been non-existent as most everyone agrees that the couple that lives there could use an attitude adjustment.
