Salem Oregon - 16 people spontaneously combusted at a birthday party for 27 year old Vikkye Fetters. Witnesses report seeing people playing with fire at the party. The fire marshall report states that the party goers were just too hot. Several emptypes fuel cans were found on the property as well as several empty rum bottles.
