Three EMS Personnel Injured in Roll Over Accident

Three members of Riggs Air Ambulance were injured in an accident while transporting a patient via ambulance. The Riggs Ambulance, driven by James Himes was headed Southbound on US95 when a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by Raphael Solorio faild to stop at a controlled intersection. The Tahoe "T-Boned" the ambulance, the ambulance rolled on to its side.
Himes suffered minor injuries anf was treated and released at La Paz Hospital, Paramedic, Francisco Perez suffered injuries and expected to under go into surgery later this week. Flight Nurse, Dorian Gray was air lifted from the scene, taken to La Paz Hospital. He is expected to be transered to a drama hospital to undergo major surgery. Both the patient and Solorio were uninjured in the accident.
