Washington - Today terms were finalized in a merger between streaming media companies YouTube and Hulu. YouTube which is owned by Google has acquired and merged with streaming service Hulu. A new branding and service will launch on April 1, 2018 under the moniker of YouLu. More premium content will become available on this newly combined service as YouTube will switch to several tiers of subscription access for the YouLu service. Free content will be limited to 10 views per day before prompting users to pay $20 monthly for the YouLu basic basic package.
