Jim L. Bussey II, a reclusive, yet will known "character" living in a remote compound known as "Crazy Acres" has claimed the 4th largest Power Ball jackpot this Saturday. The only winning ticket has a face value of $375 million, with an after tax single payout of nearly $4500. Mr. Bussey stated he planned to spend his winnings on a glass outhouse perched near his pond next to Route 29, as his limited internet access doesn't allow him to express himself on "the YouTubes". When asked if he was worried about friends and family showing up for a share of the winnings, he replied,"Most of them dumb sumbitches can't read or use a computer-they'll never find out!"
