There was a young man attending the police academy at Daytona State. He was found surrounded with 23 dead found. He was found "with blood in his eyes." Brian was arrested at 9:23PM and being accused of multiple accounts of first degree murder and rape. He was found fully naked and there were multiple puddles of semen throughout the crime scene. Daytona police have not released a press hearing and they state there is an ongoing investigation.
