The town of Williamson, WV has one more millionaire it can add to it population. Brian Miller of Vernatter's Branch walked into a local 7-11 Monday night and bought a lottery ticket that has changed his life forever. "I can't believe it! I just can't believe it! You have no idea how much I really needed this." Miller said. Brian matched 5 numbers in the multistate lottery "Megamillions". He missed the megaball, but matched the other five numbers to win one million dollars. When asked what he planned to do with the money, he responded, "I'm out of here. Florida, here I come!"
