On Thursday August 3rd, at approximately 7:30pm, on the block of redwood, Brandon Painter (Brandon Douch) approached an elderly woman walking her dog, removing her from her electronic wheelchair, that had all her personal belongings in the basket, stole her dog, her purse, and her wheelchair.
Leaving her on the sidewalk helpless with no phone to call for help.
If you see him, do not approach him , as he is armed with a gym sock filled with rocks and batterys.
