A midnight raid on a home in a quiet suburban neighborhood revealed a surprising -- and discomforting -- food ingredient.
A view of John's Facebook feed shows his crazed obsession with the furry rodents. However, his preoccupation seems to have gone further than simple photographs.
John's well-known dish, which he calls "Chicken Crack," was found to contain significant amounts of squirrel meat.
Police also discovered a well-made wooden box, reinforced with metal panels. They suspect it was intended to be used to house captured squirrels for his cooking pot.
