Hardin county's own, Weston Williams has been named "Redneck of the Year" by popular Time magazine. It all started around a year ago when Weston was nominated after his profile was discovered on FarmersOnly.com. We interviewed Weston to ask how it felt to be recognized nationally for something he has worked a lifetime at achieving. Weston responded, "Well let me put it this way... When you got a cow that will throw a good calf, everything else in life comes a lot easier."

Some of his favorite hobbies include looking at cows, reading about cows, dreaming about cows and AI'ing cows. Aside from cows, Weston works hard to perfect being a redneck everyday he says. He enjoys long rides across the farm on his mule yelling "YEE YEE!!!", busting loops on a Friday night, and eating Jack's as often as he can. He has not yet been successful with his farmersonly online account but says the right one is worth waiting for. We asked Weston what the right one looked like and he responded, "Well she better love cows...Heck she might even be a cow... Cant know..."
