Former Marine Steven Robinson, was arrested yesterday on charges of animal rustling for stealing a flock of ducks belonging to former Army sgt. and police lieutenant Ramon J. Jones. Kansas City Police are also looking to extradite for questioning, Robert J Kowal of Chicago, in connection with the crime.
Details are not forthcoming from police at this time saying it is an ongoing investigation. We did reach out to Mr. Jones who said "That SOB has been stealing my ducks from right under my nose for years." Mr Jones also said "Now he gets his!" Mr Kowal and Mr. Robinson were unavailable for comment.
