A Red Headed Witch was one of the dozens spotted recently flying over the wilds of Staten Island. Perplexed witnesses reported she was singing the theme to "New York New York" while dropping beautiful Halloween Wreaths. One woman, a resident of Bay Terrace, told our reporters that the Witch left a fragrant vapor trail, reminiscent of the popular Pavlova perfume.
