Currently going through the process of becoming a law, the "Gender" bill, as it has become known, is set to make Mis-gendering someone a felony. Ben Dover of the Legislative Branch states," This bill is gaining overwhelming support in our government right now. This bill will, in fact, make mis-gendering someone a felony. To go into further detail, if there is enough evidence to know that you mis-gendered someone on purpose, you will be arrested and face a fine or possible jail time."
