On September 1st, 2017 Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook will begin banning users that frequently share the Fake News they see in their newsfeed. This may sound shocking and unbelievable, but some people will actually share a post even if they are not sure it is truthful. They will even leave a post up after their friends have advised that it was fake. You can now report users for sharing fake content and Facebook will begin banning the users if they are reported multiple times.
