Early this evening pop icon Reginald Kenneth Dwight, better know as Sir Elton John, passed away due to alleged complications of the heart. Not much is known at this time but it has been shared by several news sources including TMZ and thehuffingtonpost.com that late Wednesday evening while vacationing with close family and friends the 70 year old husband and father of two was rushed to Royal National Hospital in Stanmore north-west London, suffering from "difficulty breathing and a tightness in his chest".
