Official tasters of the Federation Internationale de Bon Bon ( world governing body of confectionary) have ruled that candy manufacturers in North America have replaced too many natural ingredients of the original British recipe for chocolate with artificial preservatives, colours and flavours.
They have ordered the immediate ban on all production of Chocolate in USA and Canada until a recipe for the restoration of authentic chocolate can be agreed.
Current stocks may be sold but any stocks which have not yet left the manufacturers must be quarantined immediately.
Cadbury in the West Midlands of the UK have been contracted to supply two full shiploads of real chocolate bars before the end of October.
