On July 17, 1984, the United States Congress passed a controversial bill that punished all states allowing persons under the age of 21 to purchase or publicly posses alcoholic beverages. That has just been changed again, more than 30 years later, after the United States Supreme Court has just granted all State Surpreme Courts the right to determine and change the legal drinking age within it's state. This is no longer a national law, but will now be a state law. Over 30 states have so far agreed to allow any persons under the age of 26 to be punishable by law if found with purchasing or processing alcoholic beverages. The law is set to take effect February 19, 2018 and will be enforced on any and all persons born after or in the year of 1997. As assumed, the public has not taken this lightly. Many third party media generators have already created online petitions to have this debunked. Please share this to help overturn this law!!!
