A wirral based hypnosis specialist is wanted in connection with forced mind manipulation. The women in question was seen to briefly wave a mobile phone at a train conductor whilst saying I have a ticket. The trains conductor claims to of had sudden mind block and feel what can only be explained as euphoria till arrival at Limestreet train station.
The conductor has identified the wanted woman via the trains cctv system and has described her as a blonde white European between the ages of 40 to 45 with a height of around 5ft 5. One passenger noticed the sudden change in the conductor but failed to realise the actual events unfolding but noted the name Bella was used in conversation.
British Transport Police have now applied for public help in tracking the mysterious women who they now believe goes by the gang name Twinks. A spokesperson for BTP stated this morning that Merseyside Police had been informed and a warrant for arrest has been issued for similar circumstances used to aid the escape of a known car thief from Birkenhead Bridewell.
