Gov. Rick Scott has now approved a law allowing anyone over the age of 14 to consume alcohol. There are restrictions whereas anyone under 21 may not have a BAL(blood alcohol level) over .04. This has caused controversy in Florida as many parents are stunned but some relived as they admit there children where already consuming alcohol before the law. The laws of the road still stand true and no one should be drinking under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
