Kellogg NA Co. announced today that they are filing suit seeking damages for Amazon's infringement of the iconic Pringles can design. It is unclear at this time what remedies the suit will seek, Kellogg declined to comment further when reached for comment. In a related story, the NHL also announce its intention to seek damages over the Echo Dot, and its obvious design, taken from the regulation NHL sanctioned puck. In response, Amazon sellers immediately began to offer Amazon Echo wrapped in a Pringles graphic, as well as Dots sporting the NHL team logos. Sales are reported to be brisk.
