Sept 15, 2017, a hialeah man was accused today of using black magic or "Santeria" to attract hurricanes to Miami. The man was seen with a bloody chicken head dancing and repeating "Irma, Irma". After the storm, the man had disappeared. A neighbor reported still hearing the man chanting for several days even though no one had witnessed his physical presence. It remains unclear if this story is even true.
