Local landmark restaurant Coram's Steak and Egg in Parker Florida founded by Willard and Linda B. Coram, now Owned and Operated by Margo Coram NOW OFFERS DELIVERY for most of the Panama City Market!
"For the longest time, we didn't use credit card processing or POS" (Point of Sale) said Owner / Operator Margo Coram, "but times are changing and you have to change with the times and get left behind. Adding delivery to what we offer is just a better way to increase our footprint in the area by getting to customers that can't get to us for whatever reason".
Coram has also added to the line-up of long time Managers Willie Warren and Chris Grey, former Executive Chef Debbie Warren-Cook as Director of Operations, and TJ Kelley known better for his on-air antics and on-stage, to handle Marketing and Promotional duties as well as building the Delivery side of the business.
"As we expand into other markets, Debbie brings the knowledge we need to keep our product where customers expect it, and keep costs in-line along with knowing first hand how to open and run new locations. There are big things on the horizon for my Daddy's dream", said Margo. "In the world of negotiating with food purveyors, along with a vast knowledge of running multi-op franchises, there was no better choice that Debbie".
"Expanding the Coram's brand will easy. We have a great product, LITERALLY a household name in the Panama City area", added Kelley " The brand is built. Margo is a forward thinker, and plans to appeal to the newer demographic of the Millennial with the addition of online ordering, and mobile app technology that appeals to that customer, while sticking to the values that our current customer base has come to expect from the Coram name".
Coram's Steak and Egg in Parker currently delivers their entire menu from 11am until 8pm daily, except Sunday FOR NOW, with interviews currently underway for a Sunday driver, along with some part time shifts weekly.
