The City Council of West Hollywood has announced plans to close many bars and dance clubs. The board set a maximum city allowance of fifthteen alcoholic serving establishments. The measure was passed by two extremist from Alabama that are members on the board. "We are going to remove the devil from this city" said Mr. Scardum Kweens as he motioned the measure as passed. Establishments will be sent notices on October 31st on their status to remain open or permanently shut down.
He and the second extremist Mr. H. R. Dehar are also planning on an 'event and parade restrictions' measure.
