New laws in effect as of October 2017 if you are unemployed over the age of 25 you can be fined up to $1000 and incarcerted, incentives will be considered only if you spend at least 40 hours a week actively seeking employment through records of proof of applications, enrollment in community services,or college. There will only be limited exemptions such as medical or children at home full time.
