Congress has decided to sign the bill for changing the way custodial parents recieve their childrens support from other parent. There will be a special card with your payments loaded. Every state will have a different card, will look like a benefit card. It can only be used on childrens items and on the bar codes of the items, will be the sku numbers. This will allow businesses everywhere to key im the item to see where and how it was paid. This will insure that the items cannot be returned and refunded to get the cash back. It can only be sent back to the payment card. We are hoping this allows parents to use the support strictly on the children. This will head into effect by January 1, 2018
