Marvel announced today that after years of negotiations it has accuired the full rights to X-Men, Fantastic 4 and Spider-Man. With the success of Spider-Man in Civil War and Homecoming, Marvel will begin to transition the newly accuired characters into the rest of the Cinematic Universe in 2020.
