Lawyers for hit CBS reality show Big Brother are firing back after published reports allege malfeasance by an embittered contestant, Cody Nickson.

Nickson's comments first reported by ET-Online and later distributed on AP Wire Service allege producers agreed to pay Nickson in return for his game-chamging vote in last light's live finale. Not so says the shows executive producer and CBS head Led Monves. In fact, quite the opposite.

In the days leading up to the finale, Nickson, who was sequestered inside the confines of the jury compound requested a one-on-one meeting with producers in an attempt to strong-arm them with a convoluted plot to get him back into the house. In the meeting, which was videotaped he claimed he would file harassment charges if his demands were not met.

"We vehemently deny these charges and plan to use the full force of law to defend ourselves and preserve the integrity of the network.", said network attorney Harold V. Montbaum.
