As soon as Oct 1, 2017, lawmakers plan to put in efftect, an anti-stupidity bill that was recently passed, essentially making it illegal to be stupid. This will target many of the people you may know,and I say it is about time! I am tired of having my life inundated with the thoughts of idiots!
