In a bold move the powers that be have put forward legislation that no more rocks be harmed in the state of N.Y..
Thankfully, this resolution has passed unanimously!! As of November 11, 2017 rock painting, coloring, placing googly eyes upon any rock surface will cost the marker $1,257 in fines....and up to 27 days in jail.
